In the glass
It went on through cedar, red plum, blueberry, fig, stewed fruit and dried fruit, with black pepper too. The colour was medium ruby. The flavour intensity was medium-plus, and the wine was developing. It was dry, with medium-plus acidity, medium alcohol and medium-plus tannin. The flavour intensity on the palate was medium-plus, and so was the finish. I judged it a very good wine, one that can age.
