If you are identifiable in a photograph or in the text
Please ask even if you are not sure. The burden of judging is not passed on to you. Once you let us know, the post is checked and taken down promptly, not only from this site but also from the linked social accounts (Instagram, Threads and Naver Blog).
Agreeing to be photographed is not treated as agreeing to publication. Not wanting it published is reason enough.
Copyright and trademark requests
If you believe a post infringes your work or your trademark, please send the following.
- The page URL or the image URL
- Which part is at issue
- Details showing that you are the rights holder or their representative, with contact details
Corrections
If a producer, region, grape or other detail is wrong, please tell us. It will be corrected or removed once verified. If it cannot be verified, the field is emptied rather than rewritten.
How requests are handled
- A takedown request is acted on before any question of merit is discussed; any discussion comes afterwards.
- Image URLs are derived from file contents, so removing a file also retires its URL.
- Cached copies may remain, so it can take up to 30 days for a post to disappear completely.
- Personal details in a request are used only to handle that request and are not kept.
